About The Bookie Brief

Who publishes The Bookie Brief?

The HeadCount team publishes articles on bookmaking, hold, limits and publicly reported betting action. This is a marketing publication connected to HeadCount. HeadCount product statements reflect owner-confirmed capabilities.

Provider comparisons and our HeadCount recommendation live on PPH Compare.

How Market Watch works.

We link to the original public report, name its source and preserve its timestamp. A named sportsbook’s action is its own sample. We distinguish tickets, money, line movement, models, historical trends and a book’s stated position.

We do not fill in missing percentages or dollar totals. Reports describe what the source said; our analysis explains what the figures mean. Dated editions are archived snapshots rather than live betting feeds.

Our sources

We use original sportsbook reports, public reporting and official rules and schedules. Each story links to its source. We keep precise research timestamps in our editorial records and show useful dates and game times in the article.

Examples and corrections.

Hypothetical examples are labeled. Calculations state their assumptions. We do not claim firsthand software testing, fabricate customer reviews or promise a hold percentage. Contact the HeadCount team if a source or calculation needs correcting.

The newsletter.

The optional email list covers market notes, practical bookmaking articles and HeadCount updates. Joining is separate from requesting a demo. You can ask to stop receiving emails by replying unsubscribe. The publication’s branded sending address is still being set up; no edition has been sent.
